New Amenity Coming Fall 2026! A Playset for Residents and Guests!

A brand-new Wave Rider play set by King Swings is coming soon to the community green space by the pond and fishing pier—and we expect it to be ready for play before Thanksgiving!

Designed for a wide range of ages, the new play area will feature a spacious 6′ x 8′ play deck, plus:

Two slides — the Avalanche straight slide + Super Spiral Slide
Rock climbing wall
Two belt swings
Glider Swing
Deluxe toddler swing (instead of hammock swing shown in rendering)
Three-rope tire swing under the tower
4-foot-wide perimeter pathway around the play area

Resident Event – Holiday Party in the Park!

Our residents enjoyed a beautiful morning outdoors at the park by the fishing pier – complete with festive crafts, pond time, a special visit from Sarah the Elf, and plenty of quality time with friends and neighbors. A huge thank you to Chef Blake Jackson and his team for the incredible brunch spread, and to Elf Sarah for collecting everyone’s Christmas wishes for Santa. We couldn’t have asked for better weather… nothing beats celebrating with plentiful sunshine and a wonderful community!

Resident Event – Horseback Riding with Karma Farms Fall 2025

Our residents enjoyed an unforgettable day of horseback riding in the neighborhood thanks to Karma Farms from Marshall, Texas — a local business offering a one-of-a-kind horseback riding experience surrounded by history, heritage, and incredible horses.

Since 1970, Karma Farms has been home to the rare Colonial Spanish Horse — also known as the Spanish Mustang — with fewer than 2,500 of these beautiful horses left today. Farm founder Vickie Ives and her team shared their passion and decades of dedication to preserving this remarkable breed while guiding our group on scenic trail rides through the countryside.

It was the perfect mix of adventure, learning, and pure fun in the saddle!

The neighbors love getting together to celebrate the seasons at The Grove! Being part of a close-knit residential neighborhood in Shreveport means more than just having neighbors nearby — it’s about knowing people by name, sharing small moments like walks in the park or morning hellos, and looking out for each other.
