We are incorporating attractive streets and public spaces, protected natural areas and a variety of housing types.

Our vision is about creating a place where you experience a new way of living. In the pastoral setting of a peaceful family farm in South Shreveport, you’ll find that The Grove at Garrett Farm celebrates a simpler way of life – an opportunity to get outside in a neighborhood that is walkable, efficient and connected.
