Resident Event – Horseback Riding with Karma Farms Fall 2025

Our residents enjoyed an unforgettable day of horseback riding in the neighborhood thanks to Karma Farms from Marshall, Texas — a local business offering a one-of-a-kind horseback riding experience surrounded by history, heritage, and incredible horses.

Since 1970, Karma Farms has been home to the rare Colonial Spanish Horse — also known as the Spanish Mustang — with fewer than 2,500 of these beautiful horses left today. Farm founder Vickie Ives and her team shared their passion and decades of dedication to preserving this remarkable breed while guiding our group on scenic trail rides through the countryside.

It was the perfect mix of adventure, learning, and pure fun in the saddle!
